| Storm Peak Energy has successfully petitioned the Railroad Commission of Texas to amend Field Rules in the Ford West and Geraldine Fields, allowing well downspacing from 40 acres to 20 acres and adjusting lease line setbacks for new wells. The amended Field Rules were effective August 10, 2010. Storm Peak President David Cox presented testimony before the Railroad Commission illustrating the potential for new reserve capture of between 1.0 and 1.4 MMBO. |
